Visual minutes (or scribing, graphic recording, live illustration, graphic facilitation - it goes by a lot of names!) are a powerful and creative way to boost engagement while creating a permanent record of an event or conversation. People love to see their ideas made real and watching an artist transcribe words into image and text in real time makes people pay attention where they might be tempted to “zone out” or check their phones!
